1. The participation fee covers: 1) participate in the conference; 2) conference materials (conference manual, pens, notepads, etc.); 3) coffee break and lunch buffet on November 3, 2023;

3. Accepted papers must be registered by the final camera-ready paper submission deadline, or the paper will not be published;
